Here's how you can perform your own tech checkup:
1. Check your signal strength at the TV: Download a signal checker app on your phone, and check the strength at your TV. This will give you an accurate reading of signal strength. -60dBm is required, but the closer you are to 0dBm, the better.
2. Check your network bandwidth: You can find this on your internet bill or use a tool like speedtest.net. We require a minimum of 5 mbps per box, but 10mpbs is recommended.
3. Assess the network structure: Are you separating your operational network needs from your guest network structure? It will help you be more efficient with your internet and create a better experience for guests and staff.
