Qualifying activations receive a $7/unit rebate, paid directly to the AAHOA member from DISH Business in the form of a prepaid e-gift card.

Offer valid 4/15/25–12/31/25 for new DISH Business customers committing to AT120 or higher for 5 years at properties with 10+ units. Requires 60 days paid service and online rebate form submission with AAHOA Member ID. $7/unit prepaid e-gift card will be emailed within 4-6 weeks of 60-day payment. "New to DISH" means no bulk DISH service at the property for the past 12 months. Please retain a copy of this submission for your records. DISH Business requires 4-6 weeks for review and processing, after the eligibility criteria have been met. Rebate will be provided as a prepaid electronic gift card sent to the email address indicated on this rebate form. To redeem your rebate, all fields marked mandatory on this form need to be filled out, including property name, AAHOA member name, AAHOA member ID, address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number. Early redemption is encouraged. This AAHOACON Offer cannot be combined with any other DISH Programming Offers or Promotions otherwise available to the property, however, a property's participation in the Offer shall not impact the activating DISH Integrator or Retailer's eligibility for DISH Incentives or Programs which may be available to them pursuant to contract or via the DISH Commercial Master Business Rules.  If the underlying activation is terminated prior to completion of the 5-year term, early termination fees may apply as stated in the Retailer/Integrator's agreement with the property and as provided in DISH's agreement with the Retailer/Integrator.
